Is this a networking group?
No. The Vault is not built around transactions and surface-level conversations. Sessions focus on the real decisions and challenges in your life, with experience-based input from respected men in similar positions. Conversations also explore relevant and emerging issues shaping modern men across leadership, performance, and life.
Who is this for?
The Vault is for entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals who carry real responsibility and are committed to improving how they lead, think, and live. Our members value honest input, meaningful discussion, and continued growth.
What happens at a gathering?
Each gathering is a structured small group dinner lead by a dedicated host. Sessions begin with a short discussion on a relevant topic, then move to member updates where real decisions and challenges are brought forward. The room provides direct, experience-based input to create clarity and forward movement.
How is this different than a mastermind or coaching program?
There is no curriculum, coaching, or teaching. The Vault is not built around one expert or a fixed framework. The value comes from the depth of the room – a consistent group of high-calibre men sharing real world perspective based on lived experience.
Are the conversations confidential?
Yes. The Vault is built on confidentiality, which is a core expectation of every member.
What is the time commitment?
Members meet once every six weeks for a structured evening. Outside of that, there are no ongoing obligations.
